Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. To cancel your service agreement with Miss Pepper AI (“Company”), you are required to provide a written notice of cancellation. 1.2. Such notice must be sent via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Service Cancellation.” 1.3. The cancellation notice must be received by the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date. 1.4. Failure to comply with these notice requirements may result in the continuation of billing until such notice is received and the termination period has elapsed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. The Company generally does not offer refunds for services already completed. 2.2. Refunds may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Company. 2.3. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Company’s support email as specified above. Such requests must include detailed reasons for the refund request and any supporting documentation. 2.4. The Company will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and communicate its decision to the client in writing.
3. Chargebacks
3.1. In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by Company) following the provision of the contracted services, the Company will pursue the chargeback claim through legal channels to contest such chargebacks. 3.2. The Company reserves the right to present evidence to the payment provider and/or court to demonstrate that the service was provided as agreed upon and that the transaction was validly made.
4. Modifications to Terms
4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified policies on the Company’s website. 4.2. It is your responsibility to review the website periodically to be aware of any such modifications.
